DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

myonlygirls.com (“we”, “us”, or “the Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. The Site is a directory and search engine that indexes and links to publicly available creator profiles and content hosted on third‑party platforms. We do not host, store, upload or reproduce any of that content on our own servers.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements set out below.

1. Content Hosted Elsewhere

Because we only link to material hosted by third parties, removing a link from our index does not remove the underlying file from the website that hosts it. To have the actual content removed, you must also contact the hosting website directly. We will, however, promptly remove or disable access to links on the Site once we receive a valid notice.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on their behalf, and you believe that material linked from the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on myonlygirls.com where the material is located, so that we can locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number and e‑mail address.
  5. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Where to Send Your Notice

Please send your complete DMCA notice by e‑mail to manager@myonlygirls.com. Notices that contain all of the required information will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days.

4. Counter‑Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter‑notification to the e‑mail address above. Your counter‑notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove links, restrict access and take other appropriate action against users or sources that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

6. Contact
